Wood chip raw materials are transported to the gasifier through the raw material conveying device for combustion to produce gas.
Gas enters the cyclone dust collector for preliminary removal of particles. The cyclone dust collector is equipped with spray to further reduce dust quantity, and hot water spray prevents tar solidification.
Gas enters the secondary spray electric capture integrated equipment to remove particles and tar. The lower part of this equipment is the spray section, mainly removing particles and some water-soluble gases. The upper part is the electric tar capture section, mainly removing tar.
Biomass gas is introduced into the internal combustion engine. Through burning the gas, high-temperature and high-pressure gas is produced, driving piston movement to convert into mechanical energy, which is then converted into electrical energy through the generator.
